These close contact jump flaps are much shorter than standard flaps, about half the size. This gives a much more close contact feel, as there is no flap between the horse and the rider’s leg, just the block to give the rider’s thigh some support. The girthing isn’t included in the flap, again to help with the close contact feel, so either a military girthing set, or a standard V harness can be included in the price.
